User Agreement

Before registering for Talk The Price, please carefully read and fully understand this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). You must read and accept all terms of the Agreement. Unless you accept all terms, you are not authorized to register, log in, or use the services provided. Your registration, login, or use of the Agreement constitutes acceptance of its terms and conditions.

This agreement defines the rights and obligations between the Software and the User Software Services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"). The term "User" refers to any individual who registers, logs in, or uses the Software. The Software may update this agreement at any time. The updated terms shall take effect immediately upon publication, superseding the original version without prior notice. Users may review the latest agreement terms on the Software. If a user refuses to accept the modified terms, they must immediately cease using the Services provided by the Software. Continued use of the Services shall be deemed acceptance of the revised agreement.

1. Account Registration

1. Users may need to register an account when using this software. The software may modify the account registration and binding methods based on user needs or product requirements without prior notice.

2. Given the account registration method, you agree to use the phone number and mobile device identification code automatically extracted from your provided information during registration.

3. When users register or use this software, we collect personally identifiable information to contact them when necessary or to enhance their experience. The collected information includes but is not limited to the user's name, gender, age, date of birth, ID number, address, and personal description. The use of this information is subject to the privacy protection provisions outlined in Article 3.

II. Service Content

The specific features of this software are provided based on actual conditions, including but not limited to allowing authorized users to post comments through their accounts. The software reserves the right to modify its services, and the service content may be changed at any time. Users will receive notifications regarding service changes.

III. User Privacy Protection

1. When registering an account or using this software, users may be required to provide certain necessary information, including identity details mandated by laws, regulations, and normative documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations"). If the submitted information is incomplete or non-compliant with legal requirements, the user may be unable to use the software or may face usage restrictions.

2. Personal privacy information refers to data involving a user's identity or private details, such as real names, ID numbers, phone numbers, mobile device identifiers, and IP addresses. Non-personal privacy information includes operational status and usage habits of the software, basic server-side records, general information beyond privacy data, and any privacy information disclosed with the user's consent.

3. The protection of user privacy is a fundamental principle of this software. We will implement technical and necessary measures to safeguard personal data, preventing any leakage, damage, or loss of information collected through this platform. In the event of such incidents or any suspected occurrence, we will promptly take remedial actions.

4. This software shall not disclose users' personal privacy information to any third party without their consent, except under the following specific circumstances:

(1) Providing users' personal privacy information as required by laws, regulations, or authorized authorities;

(2) Any personal information leakage caused by users disclosing their passwords to others or sharing registered accounts and passwords, or any other privacy breach not attributable to the software.

(3) Users disclose their personal privacy information to third parties without authorization;

(4) The user and the software, along with its partner organizations, have publicly agreed on the use of the user's personal privacy information, and the software discloses such information to the partner organizations accordingly.

(5) Any breach of users' personal privacy information caused by hacker attacks, computer virus intrusions, or other force majeure events.

5. The user consents to the use of their personal privacy information in the following cases:

(1) The software promptly sends important notifications to users and will never use their personal privacy information for any other purposes.

6. This software prioritizes the protection of minors' personal privacy information. It relies on the personal information provided by users to determine whether they are minors. No user under the age of 18 is permitted to download or use this software.

7. The user confirms that their geolocation data is not personal privacy information. Upon successful account registration, the user consents to the software's extraction, disclosure, and use of their geolocation data. This information will be published as part of the user's public profile by the software. Users may opt to disable this feature at any time to prevent sharing their geolocation data with others.

8. To enhance technology and services and provide users with a better experience, this software may collect users' non-personal information either for its own use or to share with third parties.

IV. Content Standards

1. This clause covers all content created, uploaded, copied, published, or shared by users during software use, including but not limited to: account profile images, names, user descriptions, and other registration materials; text, audio, images, videos, and multimedia content; messages sent, replied to, or automatically generated; related link pages; and any other content produced through account usage or software operation.

2. Users are prohibited from using their accounts or this software to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate any content that is forbidden by laws, regulations, or policies.

(1) Those that oppose the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

This agreement is subject to change. If any material changes occur, we will notify you via email. By continuing to use the agreement after receiving such notice, you acknowledge and agree to the changes and the terms.

We reserve the right to modify, retain, or close any services at any time without notice.

You have agreed that we do not need to modify, retain, or close any services.

You agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for modifying, retaining, or closing any services.

This agreement takes effect upon your acceptance and remains valid throughout your use until termination pursuant to this agreement.

Despite the above provisions, if your usage predates your acceptance of this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that this Agreement shall take effect upon your first use, unless terminated earlier pursuant to this Agreement.

We may reserve your right to use this account in accordance with applicable laws. We may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to our reasonable belief that you have violated our Acceptable Use Policy or other terms of this agreement, without prior notice.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a user infringes upon a third party's copyright and we receive notice from the copyright owner or their authorized representative, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement.

Once this agreement is terminated, the rights you have used will cease. You should be aware that terminating your product means your user content will be removed from our active database. We will not be held responsible for terminating this agreement, including closing your user account and deleting your user content.
