This policy applies only to the products, services and extended functions provided by Zhoushan Dong’ao Marine Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Seaman Mall”). If a specific product we provide has a separate privacy policy or contains special arrangements in the corresponding user service agreement, the privacy policy of that product shall prevail; for matters not covered in that product’s privacy policy and user service agreement, this policy shall apply. Before using any product or service of “Seaman Mall”, please carefully read and fully understand this policy, especially the clauses in bold/bold and underlined, which you should focus on. e) Device Information: To ensure normal operation of Seaman Mall services, and to provide diagnostic or device detection services, we collect information such as your hardware model, OS version, device configuration, unique device identifiers, MAC address, network connection information, and device status. 1. Phone Permission (Device Identifier): When you log in, we call the phone permission to identify your device. It is not used for any other purpose.

2. Storage Permission (Read/Write Storage): Required to store application configuration files and content you choose to download or update, and to read files you upload or sync.

3. Camera Permission: Required when you use photo-taking or scanning-related functions.

4. Album Permission: Required when you change your avatar or submit feedback involving images.

e) To provide you with information or services, and to push the latest content (personalized recommendations). If you disable device information permission ("Me" → "Settings"), the accuracy of push content will decline, but other features not relying on such permissions remain unaffected.

a) If you do not refuse cookies, the system will set or access cookies on your computer to enable login or services that rely on cookies and provide better services including promotions.

b) You may refuse cookies via your browser settings; however, doing so may affect login or normal use of cookie-dependent services.

The system may partially or fully disclose your personal information under the following circumstances:

The system stores collected information on servers of the system and affiliated companies, which may be accessed, stored, or displayed in countries or regions outside your location.

Our application may integrate third-party SDKs or similar programs required for receiving notifications, sharing information, using maps, video playback, etc. For example, Huawei/Xiaomi/Meizu SDKs may collect device identifiers to push notifications; Gaode Map SDK requires permission for device location.

We conduct strict security testing on APIs and SDKs and require partners to adhere to data protection measures, confidentiality obligations, and this Privacy Policy.

To ensure the app receives broadcast messages while closed or in the background, the app uses auto-start capabilities. This may trigger system broadcasts that wake the app as needed.

Purpose: Location services, map display, and POI search. The AMap SDK is used to provide location services. To ensure the normal operation of the app, the following information may be collected:

a) All Seaman Mall accounts have security protection functions. Please properly safeguard your username and password. Seaman Mall encrypts user passwords and takes security measures to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration. However, please note that no network system can guarantee “perfect security.”

b) When using online transaction services, it is sometimes necessary to disclose personal information (such as contact info or address) to the transaction counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your information carefully and only disclose it when necessary. If you discover any leakage of your personal information—especially your username or password—please contact customer service immediately so we may take appropriate action.

a) We will take appropriate technical measures to ensure that you can access your registration information. You may view your avatar and nickname under “My,” and click “Settings” to modify your nickname.

b) Account Cancellation You can cancel your account through “My” → “Account” → “Cancel Account” and enter your password. After cancellation, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized.

The signing, effectiveness, execution, and dispute resolution of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Disputes related to this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the company’s location.
